Larry Welchert's 2007 Chevy 1500 got an increase in horsepower. This one was different from others I've done.

It had the 5.3 v-8, but did not have coolant lines running to the throttle body.

Modification took an hour and resulted in rpm,s lower at 60 mpgs also.

The throttle response is phenominal, and the engine is smoother running.
