I had fun performing a mod on a 1995 3500 chevy with throttle body injection.

This engine was cooking right along with many vacuum leaks also.

After grooving throttle body I relocated the map sensor vac hose to the back of the intake manifold. I have a video on the importance of finding vacccum leaks on groovy servi bulletins on youtube or on GadgetmanNebraska1 so you can visually see where I place the map sensor location and all of the vaccum leaks. I also included temps to show what a vaccum leak does to the leaks.

This pickup really came to life and ran so quiet you could not hear the exhaust leaks anymore.

Throttle response was very noticable and the exhaust smell was diminished.

Here are some temps

Exhaust manifold before 452 degrees, after 279

water temp 201 before, after 165

Catalytic converter 382 before, 200 after

Tailpipe 194 before, 110 after YEEEEEEEEEE HAHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!!
